This vineyard was born from a man’s passionate relationship with nature, wine and art.
The organically grown grape enjoys a low temperature fermentation between 18 and 20 °C for 12 to 14 days. The malolactic fermentation of the grape gives the wine roundness and fullness.
This bright yellow wine’s nose is fresh and persistant. It is lightly fruity and zesty with floral notes. The mouth has an elegant, delicately fruity finish. Easy to drink, this wine is chic, fine and sharp.
